  • How do I pay for Peak?
    You can purchase a Peak subscription with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card. SSL encryption and Level 1 PCI Compliance ensure that your data stays secure.
  • When will I be billed?
    You won't be billed at all for 14 days. At the end of your 14 day trial, your monthly subscription will be charged. Your subscription will be renewed monthly, with advanced notice, of course.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Peak not working for you? We’ll give you a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Just contact our support team and we’ll issue a refund.
  • Will Peak work with my computer?
    Peak’s only requirement is a modern browser such as the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer. It will work on both Mac and PC computers as well as any modern smartphone.
  • Can I change my plan?
    You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you’re downgrading you may be required to remove users and workspaces before making the shift. You will be charged/refunded the difference between the cost of your prior plan and your new plan as soon as the change is made.
